It is -omg so gorgeous- from the Nars website. (agree?) But when I was at Lord & Taylor today, I was contemplating for the longest time choosing between Beverly Hills and Turks & Caicos because
1) I had such high expectation on Beverly Hills and no expectation for Turks & Caicos
2) I was in love with the pink nars fonts on black but not so much with the orange on black
It made my choice extremely difficult I am telling you. At the end, I actually chose Turks & Caicos because it compliments my skin tone a lot nicer. Then, it also took me awhile to calm myself down with the fact that
1) I already have too much makeup but one face so I shouldnt buy both
2) I should choose the quality and color over the package and stop being a package design sucker and accept the fact that Turks & Caicos is an overall better color for me than Beverly Hills
My thought:
What I love the most about this product is that it does not come off easy! I can literally go swimming with it on. If I dont like the matte finish on lips (which I do actually) I can always have a gloss or even lipstick over it. I can do so much with it! eyeshadow, blush, lip color.. and most importantly I dont need to carry separate items anymore when I go travel or waste time thinking what lip color and blush would go together.
